Location:600 boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal, Québec H3A 3J2
Status:Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Availability required: Between 7:00AM to 5:00PM ** must occasionally be available for the schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Qualifications

What you bring

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Basic MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Medical terminology knowledge (asset)
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Efficient execution and discretion
  • Strong confidentiality awareness
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Effective stress and priority management
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Professional presentation
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to minimize patient wait times

Basic knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English
