Primary Duties

  • ​Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take, enter, or cancel orders.
  • Assist in managing reports for order processing.
  • Manage customer emails with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken and escalate to management.
  • Determine charges for products requested and provide cost estimates.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the best customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Education / Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

  • Experience with data entry and customer service software systems.

  • Candidate can be based in either Canada or US

  • Candidate MUST be able to speak both French and English (Bilingual)
