Description

The Business Support Senior Assistant will work alongside their colleagues to proactively provide exceptional administrative and client service support, inclusive of calendaring and meeting support, expense processing, travel management, and the execution of various client life cycle deliverables.

The Role:

  • The Business Support Assistant will communicate with various colleagues daily
  • Support consultants and teams with the development of reports, marketing materials and contracting documents, within agreed upon timelines
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and travel arrangements, expense reporting in Oracle
  • Provide project setup and maintenance support (including project set-up and contract administration, file maintenance, etc.)
  • Support colleagues with all forms of internal and external client communications as requested (phone, e-mail, meeting set-up, etc.)
  • Perform filing, billing, and other support activities
  • Generate client/project financial reports
  • Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other administrative staff through workflow, partnership, and teamwork to support all team needs
  • Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Special projects as required

Qualifications

The Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience providing administrative support in calendaring, expense, travel, and client life cycle support
  • Must have advanced technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills - Bilingual is an asset (FR)
  • Comfortable with a predominately remote working environment
