Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is accountable to provide confidential administrative support to the Directors they are assigned to. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely and efficient execution of confidential administrative support functions for Directors. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administration support staff and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role

Education:

  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course

Other Education and Training:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
