Job Description: The Executive Secretary reports to the Manager of St. Peter's Hospital and is accountable for maintaining and promoting an efficient office environment and providing confidential secretarial support to St. Peter's Hospital Board, Medical Staff and Department/Program Managers and Positions to assist them in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.In the absence of the Melville and District Health Centre Executive Secretary, the St. Peter's Hospital Executive Secretary provides back up services to ensure full coverage Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
