Tasks
Provide administrative support: documentation, translation, meeting planning, phone management, client management, etc.
Support human resources activities: employee files, internal communication (bulletin board), job postings, onboarding of new employees, and training.
Assist with quality system administrative support: drafting and translating procedures, preparing documents for audits.
Participate in Health and Safety Program activities: manage inventory and coordinate purchases for uniforms and personal protective equipment.
Provide general administrative support by performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
University degree, Bachelor's in Administration with a focus on HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a coordinator, assistant, or equivalent.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Training in HACCP principles and their implementation - an asset.
Bilingual (spoken and written).
