Tasks
Handle and direct phone calls and emails.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
Manage data entry.
Handle administrative requests and tasks from senior executives.
Create and maintain a filing and archiving system.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
