Tasks
Preparing and distributing the necessary documents for contract initiation, ensuring they meet the received specifications and requirements.
Planning, organizing, and participating in project kickoff meetings, ensuring effective coordination between all parties involved.
Accurately entering data into the billing system, ensuring its accuracy and transmitting documents to clients within the required deadlines.
Handling claims and updating the change order tracking table, ensuring strict follow-up of necessary adjustments and modifications.
Preparing and transmitting end-of-project documents, ensuring compliance and facilitating the administrative closure of projects.
Verifying and analyzing contracts, coordinating the scheduling of post-mortem meetings, and providing proactive administrative support to project managers.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP or DEC in accounting or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (projects, contracts, bids, administrative support, etc.).
Knowledge of project management is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, accounting systems (CMEQ management), and Outlook messaging.
