We are looking for a VOD Partnership & Content Coordinator to join our team in Montreal.

The role is hybrid.


Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the VOD Partnership & Content Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with video-on-demand (VOD) platforms, ensuring the timely and accurate availability of our films, and supporting various internal teams with day-to-day tasks.


Main Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain Relationships with Platforms and oversee the availability of new movies on VOD platforms.
  • Create IDMs for Platforms (English & Spanish for US) (English + French for Canada).
  • Monitor the expiration of rights and coordinate renewals with VOD platforms.
  • Create Pages on Amazon Prime Platform and add required Info.
  • Platform Monitoring: Regularly check if movies are live on platforms and push platforms if they are not.
  • Research & Placement: Conduct research to identify new platforms for placing our films in the US and Canada.
  • Issue Resolution: Contact VOD platforms to address issues with reporting or payments.
  • Technical Coordination: Provide technical specifications to marketing and delivery teams for new platforms.
  • VOD Tracker Maintenance: Update the VOD tracker to reflect when movies are live on VOD platforms.
  • Team Support: Assist the marketing, VOD, and sales teams with daily tasks as needed.
  • Trend Reporting: Report and track trends on VOD, including cast, genres, themes, and more.


Who You Are:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills - an ability to deal with people at all levels and a can-do attitude.
  • Team player and work ahead of the schedule.
  • Proactive and have a forward-thinking mind-set.
  • First-class organization skills - able to prioritize tasks and meetings accordingly.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and orally.
  • Interested in following and researching VOD trends.
