Shipping/receiving and Inventory Management Clerk

Tasks

• Receive the goods and check their condition.
• Inspect and count the parts according to quality standards.
• Conduct inventory of products using an alphanumeric classification system.
• Complete the reception and enter product data into the computer system.
• Ensure the organization and tracking of stock according to established procedures.
• Prepare orders based on customer requests and shipping priorities.
• Validate the accuracy of delivery information (addresses, quantities, weight, dimensions, etc.).
• Ship goods within the required timeframes.
• Schedule and coordinate with carriers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Frequent movement within the warehouse, as this position is very active.
• Handle and lift heavy loads.
• Perform any other related tasks related to goods management and logistics.

Job requirements

• Proficiency in French (spoken): Communication is essential.
• Ability to perform physical work.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work with computer systems for data entry and inventory management.
• Experience in inventory management or logistics is an asset.
