Tasks
Greet patients upon their arrival at the clinic.
Organize and validate appointments.
Answer phone calls, assist patients, and manage their file follow-ups.
Prepare and organize files according to the daily schedule.
Manage the processing of computerized files.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Diploma in secretarial / office management.
At least 1 year of experience in medical clinics.
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative agent.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Intermediate proficiency in English, as the person must receive both English- and French-speaking clients by phone and in person daily.
Experience with Medesync system (an asset).
