Tasks
Manage schedules, mail, and emails.
Oversee budget tracking, contract management, and payment of certain invoices.
Schedule appointments and organize meetings.
Write documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate activities and projects necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Provide administrative support during personnel movements.
Handle requests for user account creation, access, and IT equipment.
Integrate new employees into various lists, directories, and recurring meetings.
Support processes related to departures.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
High school diploma.
Strong knowledge of secretarial techniques.
