Location: Montréal Salary: $27.31 to $31.80 per hour Job category: Administrative Support Type of job: Temporary Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Tasks

  • Manage schedules, mail, and emails.
  • Oversee budget tracking, contract management, and payment of certain invoices.
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings.
  • Write documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate activities and projects necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
  • Provide administrative support during personnel movements.
  • Handle requests for user account creation, access, and IT equipment.
  • Integrate new employees into various lists, directories, and recurring meetings.
  • Support processes related to departures.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
