Our Leasing team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Leasing Coordinator to oversee the marketing and leasing efforts for the Eastern office, industrial, and retail real estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to be involved and supervise the entire leasing process, from initial marketing strategies to conclusion of leasing transactions.

In this role, you will craft compelling marketing materials, establish effective marketing strategies, and develop property marketing packages. Additionally, you will actively participate in property showings, assist in lease negotiations, and collaborate in meetings, gaining valuable insight into our leasing process.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with the V.P. Leasing, as well as the communications and administrative support teams. You will be a key asset to the leasing department, providing and supervising essential administrative support and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and team-oriented individual with strong attention to details and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who is also eager to contribute to a positive and fun work atmosphere.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

  • Managing and coordinating all marketing strategies or plans related to the entire Eastern portfolio such as marketing brochures, visuals, videos, virtual tours, brokerage events for brokerage community and clients.
  • Perform other ad hoc marketing duties on development of LinkedIn, Instagram, GWLRA website, and other social media platform.
  • Develop and established coast to coast relations with GLWRA piers to become a benchmark region in the retail sector.

Leasing Administration

  • Managing and coordinating leasing transactions steps with the VP Leasing
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming inquiries while providing general information as needed
  • Ensuring the follow-up of sending and receiving offers, commission agreement, leasing inquiries and negotiation until approvals
  • Maintaining schedules, calendars and appointments for the V.P. Leasing
  • Ensure accuracy of clients report platform, Yardi, and Leasing Workflow
  • Develop strong relationship with internal stakeholders for leasing, asset management, property management, legal and construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role and post-secondary educational background (University Degree or College Diploma in real estate or business preferred)
  • A passion or keen interest in the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong customer service skills and a natural people person
  • A high attention to detail with strong abilities to multitask in an ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Yardi, VTS)
  • Ability to work in a highly process driven environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced & high-volume environment
  • Bilingual (French and English)
