Tasks

  • Perform all HR and payroll management tasks using the Dayforce software.
  • Generate pay, validate timesheets (FDT), and produce the monthly report.
  • Participate in the integration of new employees.
  • Manage the integration of new employees, layoffs, contract renewals, and the production of T4 forms.
  • Manage information related to collective insurance.
  • Handle disability files and accidents related to the CSST.
  • Manage recruitment, including posting job ads and conducting interviews.
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Hold a college degree in administration, human resources, or a relevant field (industrial relations, administration, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge of payroll software.
  • Good knowledge of the French language, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the Dayforce software (an asset).
