Location: Montréal Salary: Starting at $27 per hour Job category: Administrative Support Type of job: Temporary Schedule: Day shift, 35 hours per week

Tasks

  • Prioritize urgent files, follow up and send necessary reminders;
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and update files;
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks (correspondence, reports, files, meetings, schedule);
  • Enter data necessary for activities;
  • Organize meetings (agenda, documents, minutes);
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events (invitations, documents, follow-up);
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in documents;
  • Maintain confidentiality of information;
  • Help organize corporate events;
  • Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • A college diploma in office administration or any other relevant field. Any combination of education and experience deemed relevant may be considered;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field;
  • Excellent note-taking, writing, and text revision skills;
  • Excellent command of French, both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe (an asset).
