Tasks

  • Prioritize urgent matters, follow up and send necessary reminders.
  • Track ongoing projects and update files.
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks (correspondence, reports, files, meetings, calendar).
  • Enter necessary data for activities.
  • Organize meetings (agenda, documents, minutes).
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events (invitations, documents, follow-up).
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Help with organizing corporate events.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEC or DEP in administration, secretarial, office management, or equivalent training.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field.
  • Experience in executive administration, senior management, or managing executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written (about 20% of communications in English).
