Location: Montréal Salary: $57,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on experience Job category: Administrative Support Type of job: Temporary Schedule: Day shift, 35 hours per week

Tasks

  • Prioritize urgent files, conduct follow-ups, and send reminders as needed;
  • Track ongoing projects and update files;
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks (correspondence, reports, files, meetings, agenda);
  • Enter necessary data for activities;
  • Organize meetings (agenda, documents, minutes);
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events (invitations, documents, follow-ups);
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in documents;
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Assist with the organization of corporate events;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • College diploma in office administration or equivalent training;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field;
  • Functional knowledge of spoken and written English to communicate 20% of the time with clients in Ontario;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, Adobe is an asset.
