Tasks
Prioritize urgent files, conduct follow-ups, and send reminders as needed;
Track ongoing projects and update files;
Assist the team with administrative tasks (correspondence, reports, files, meetings, agenda);
Enter necessary data for activities;
Organize meetings (agenda, documents, minutes);
Assist in organizing meetings and events (invitations, documents, follow-ups);
Ensure the accuracy of information in documents;
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
Assist with the organization of corporate events;
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
College diploma in office administration or equivalent training;
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field;
Functional knowledge of spoken and written English to communicate 20% of the time with clients in Ontario;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, Adobe is an asset.
