DOO Studio is BRP's global internal creative and production studio. Composed of multidisciplinary content production experts, DOO Studio supports BRP's portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channel content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation.
Reporting to the content adaptation manager in DOO Studio, your role is to support the marketing teams in the creation of digital, multi-platform content. You will work in a dynamic team but also with marketing teams on a variety of mandates: Promotional Campaigns, CRM, Web, Social Networks, Print and Media. Your role is a key contributor to the organization's vision to scale our internal creative services to provide agility and efficiency to this growing department. Your goal: optimizing our content for an unparalleled user experience that follows the best practices of each distribution channel.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Support clients in the optimization of their brief, managing their projects from start to finish, giving valuable input during the approval process.
Brief and guide talent (graphics/copywriters) throughout a project to align with the brand's messaging/objectives and ensure the smooth operation of production with open and frequent communication to complete projects on time.
Provide creative input to briefers, suggesting improvements and contributing to creative ideation with creative talent where needed.
Establish workback schedules based on project deadlines, talent availability and workload.
Keep internal clients informed of project progress and demonstrate rigour to properly verify the accuracy of all project deliverables.
Act as the gatekeeper of Brand Visual Identity, channel best practices and demonstrate an interest in BRP vehicle usage and specifications (product training will be provided).
Maintain close collaboration with the internal team of digital experts and the marketing teams to optimize the content to be produced.
Manage the client budget envelope, reporting and governance.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
5 years of experience in marketing/project coordination in an agency or corporate environment.
Studies in marketing, communication, graphic design or other related fields.
A solid understanding of brand marketing, content development, and digital marketing.
A good eye for catching design and copy inconsistencies or mistakes.
Good knowledge of digital channels: Social Media, CRM, Web, etc.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside creatives and build strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients. Some may be unilingual English speakers.
Effective time management, deadline-oriented and multitasking skills.
Curious, you are not afraid to ask questions in order to ensure briefs are complete and ready for production.
A willingness to learn and initiate best practices with the mindset of always improving the customer experience through content.
