Tasks
Provide administrative and technical support to management.
Oversee the follow-up of projects, programs, and fundraising campaigns.
Manage and organize operational documentation (filing, document management).
Update and manage the database (Salesforce) in compliance with procedures and confidentiality standards.
Prepare reports, statistics, and tracking documents.
Handle physical and electronic mail and respond to information requests.
Coordinate the complete accounting cycle of revenue and expenses, including tracking donations, grants, and sponsorships.
Coordinate the logistics of meetings and online training sessions.
Assist in managing relationships with donors and partners.
Perform other related duties.

Job requirements
College diploma in office technology or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Forms, Doodle, and SurveyMonkey (an asset).
Experience in the philanthropic sector (an asset).
