Tasks
Managing the schedules of 5 directors: Play a key role in ensuring their days run smoothly.
Administrative support: Write correspondence, organize documents, and handle administrative follow-ups.
Answering calls: Be the first point of contact—an excellent opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills.
Creating PowerPoint presentations: Help make meetings and presentations shine with polished and impactful visual aids.
Other duties: Assist with any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Professional experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Technical skills: Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is second nature to you.
Required education: College diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, or equivalent.
Language skills: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
