Tasks

  • Managing the schedules of 5 directors: Play a key role in ensuring their days run smoothly.
  • Administrative support: Write correspondence, organize documents, and handle administrative follow-ups.
  • Answering calls: Be the first point of contact—an excellent opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations: Help make meetings and presentations shine with polished and impactful visual aids.
  • Other duties: Assist with any other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Professional experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is second nature to you.
  • Required education: College diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, or equivalent.
  • Language skills: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
