Tasks
Manage the managers' schedules.
Review and format documents (memos, letters, contracts, and procedures).
Handle incoming and outgoing mail (physical and electronic).
Plan and organize appointments, meetings, and travel for team members.
Prepare necessary documents for meetings (agendas, presentations, reports).
Perform any other tasks related to the role of an administrative assistant.

Job requirements
Diploma in secretarial studies, office administration, or business administration.
At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent grammar in both French and English (must communicate and manage documents daily with English-speaking clients).
