Tasks
Integrate projects into the CRM software.
Ensure project follow-up, prospecting, and email reminders.
Calculate quantities using simple software tools.
Read plans (asset, training available if necessary).
Manage tenders.
Follow up on supplier purchase orders.
Complete quotes with the director.
Track submitted quotes.
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and professionals.
Administer project management (office and site).
Circulate technical sheets and documents.
Organize project files after assignment.
Request pricing and follow up on supplier orders.
Provide support to the project manager and administration.

Job requirements
DEP or DEC in office administration, secretarial, business, estimation, or a related field.
Experience in project estimation (e.g., doors and windows, construction, or landscaping).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Intermediate proficiency in English due to a bilingual client base (50% of the time).
