Tasks
Conduct preliminary research and gather necessary information to support ongoing projects.
Provide organizational support to maintenance specialists in project development and management.
Draft and prepare technical documents for maintenance projects, including specifications, analysis reports, tenders, and other administrative documents.
Assist in the preparation of meetings, analytical reports, and presentations.
Actively participate in work teams or think tanks responsible for developing and coordinating strategies related to maintenance and OHS programs.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of maintenance and occupational health and safety (OHS) programs, particularly in a governmental setting.
Practical knowledge of OHS programs and building management within a federal context.
Experience in a correctional environment.
