Tasks
Typing, formatting, writing, proofreading, correcting, and printing administrative documents.
Opening new contracts and sending contract documentation to clients.
Managing receipts, minutes, and other administrative correspondences.
Numbering and sending purchase order (PO) forms from engineers.
Preparing submission forms.
Issuing and sending invoices (via scan, email, or mail) after validation by accounting.
Maintaining an Excel database for tracking invoices and payments.
Managing office supplies.
Managing printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Assisting accounting with filing and opening supplier files.
Redistributing and printing emails and invoices.
Producing photocopies and printing documents on request.
Answering phone calls (low volume, with an automated voicemail system).
Performing other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
A diploma in administration, office management, secretarial studies, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate proficiency in English to serve an English-speaking clientele 50% of the time.
