Under the supervision of the Head of Service, Operational and Administrative Support, the Administrative coordinator plans, organizes and coordinates various administrative tasks to support the requests of the management team. The Administrative coordinator will contribute to the success of the project by ensuring the performance of the administrative tasks essential of the EXO project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate training for all employees
  • Manage the payroll process; data entry, timesheets, payroll approval
  • Management of vacation requests for unionized and non-unionized employees
  • Support the management team for all documentation required
  • Optimize administrative processes
  • Perform certain clerical duties as required
  • Support the dispatcher team
  • Any other related tasks

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • DEC or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of years of experience required
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work with different departments
  • Highly developed sense of organization, the Admin coordinator will have to follow up on several files
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and sense of responsability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent in written and spoken French and fonctional English
  • The position may include trips to satellite sites as needed
