Location: Blainville Salary: $52,000 to $57,000 per year Job category: Administrative Support Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week

Tasks

  • Create and manage client files, orders, and export contracts.
  • Request credit insurance coverage.
  • Ensure the accuracy of documentation related to orders, deliveries, and reservations.
  • Coordinate with the system, insurers, freight forwarders, and agents.
  • Manage receivables, collections, and commissions.
  • Establish and manage credit limits.
  • Handle credit insurance and contract renewals.
  • Monitor account aging, account statements, and perform collections.
  • Manage collections and deposits.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEP or DEC in office administration, secretarial work, business administration, estimation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Intermediate proficiency in English due to a bilingual customer base (50% of the time).
  • Experience in credit (an asset).
