Tasks
Create and manage client files, orders, and export contracts.
Request credit insurance coverage.
Ensure the accuracy of documentation related to orders, deliveries, and reservations.
Coordinate with the system, insurers, freight forwarders, and agents.
Manage receivables, collections, and commissions.
Establish and manage credit limits.
Handle credit insurance and contract renewals.
Monitor account aging, account statements, and perform collections.
Manage collections and deposits.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP or DEC in office administration, secretarial work, business administration, estimation, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Intermediate proficiency in English due to a bilingual customer base (50% of the time).
Experience in credit (an asset).
