JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking orders from growers & communicate with production to deliver the orders timely & accurately.
• Inventory Management
• Completing Sales Orders
• Maintaining and balancing daily reports.
• Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.
• Weighing trucks
• Data Entry
• Accounts Payable
• Provide support to Health & Safety as well as other industry audits.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Good customer service and organizational skills
• Minimum of one year experience in office administration
• Thorough and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.
• Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement with extended hours and weekends during spring and fall.
• Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.

Wage range is: $20-23/hr
