Cox & Palmer is currently seeking a receptionist to join the firm’s Alberton office.
Summary of responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive excellent service;
Perform general office duties including filing, ordering supplies, opening and routing mail;
Provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals such as preparing letters, opening and closing client files, booking meeting space and managing appointments;
Daily deliveries to local banks, real estate offices and other destinations;
Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
A highly motivated self-starter who has the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment;
A commitment to the highest standards of integrity, client service and collegiality;
Attention to detail, proven organizational skills and an effective communicator; and;
A post-secondary diploma or degree with a specialization in office administration.
