The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following activities.
The Executive Assistant provides support to several executives, serving as their main point of contact, working directly with others to deliver high quality support in the most effective and efficient level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle confidential information relevant to the strategy of the business, the executive, etc.
• Manage complex calendar activity, including extensive rescheduling and providing status updates to executives, as needed.
• Prepare correspondence according to company guidelines including proposals and presentations, etc.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as completing Accenture forms, invoicing, account reconciliation and maintaining contact/distribution lists.
• Compile, process and analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences, handle logistics, follow up on action items and provide on-site support as appropriate.
• Develop relationships with executives' clients, other key executives within the company, and their EA's.
• Anticipate travel needs, coordinating complex travel (including all travel requirements/documentation) taking into consideration key executives, clients, etc. May require extensive rescheduling
• Arrange audio/video conference calls involving a global audience
• Manage executives' time and expense reporting, including internal compliancy audits.
• Coordinate with internal/external suppliers to address support needs and issues according to local capabilities and guidelines.
• Manage mail/e-mail, identifying action required and taking action where appropriate.
• Stay updated on Accenture's tools and technology and educate executives on new processes.
• Responsible for teaming with other Executive Assistants when needed to ensure seamless support

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of senior level administrative or executive support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Global Travel management - including visas and passports
High degree of solid judgement and empathy
Organization and multi-tasking skills—taking ownership in a proactive fashion, delivering within expected timelines
College degree preferred
French would be an asset
Previous support of C-Suite level executive a plus.
Flexibility for extensive overtime is required.
Ability to be agile, with a flexible workstyle
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload
Intermediate MS Office skills, with advanced Outlook skills
