Provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Finance, Vice President, Finance, Vice President, Internal Audit, and Vice President, Tax ("VPs"), and secondary support to the Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax departments ("the departments"), as required. Assists with the preparation of presentations and reports. Schedules travel and meetings and coordinates events. Maintains files and generates correspondence as directed. Performs day-to-day and quarterly activities as directed by the VPs in a timely manner.
