What you will do
Supports Strategic Execution
Define and implement strategic priorities in collaboration with the CAO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;

Enables Operational Excellence

Provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring visibility and accountability for key initiatives;
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on strategic priorities;
Act as a liaison between the CAO's office and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration;
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams;
Financial Oversight & Tracking
Develop and manage the CAO office budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities;
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget allocations for maximum efficiency;
Analyze financial trends and risks, providing data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
What you will bring
The education. Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, engineering, or a related field. Certifications in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) or digital transformation are a strong asset.
The experience. 15+ years of experience in process transformation, digital process mapping, and digital innovation, preferably within corporate and operational functions. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects. Experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and process optimization strategies. Strong background in change management, with the ability to drive adoption of digital solutions.
The skills & competencies. Fast thinker with a highly flexible and adaptable approach to solving complex problems. Ability to execute the senior leadership's vision while taking ownership of initiatives with confidence. Strong expertise in digital process mapping, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
