We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Studio Assistant to join our team. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative studio atmosphere, constantly seeking ways to improve the work environment and culture.
  • Greet and check in guests, manage access cards for employees, co-op students, and contractors, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
  • Handle shipping and receiving, record and distribute mail efficiently.
  • Monitor and restock stationery, snacks, and beverages in supply stations, kitchenettes, and lounges.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio spaces, including reception, boardrooms, lounge areas, and lunchrooms.
  • Prepare daily coffee, weekly popcorn, and maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
  • Organize and decorate the studio for seasonal events and holiday celebrations to foster a fun and engaging atmosphere.
  • Set up and clean up for internal events, including organizing furniture, décor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with leadership and artistic teams to ensure smooth studio operations and workflow.
  • Assist in planning and executing executive events by coordinating catering, meeting spaces, travel, accommodations, and other logistical elements.
  • Provide general assistance and information to team members, serving as a liaison between employees and management teams as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College degree or University diploma preferred
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
