Position Summary:
As an Office Clerk at EMI Influencers Inc., you will play a key role in supporting our daily administrative operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We offer flexible working arrangements, including the option for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assist with data entry and documentation as needed
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees
- Contribute to a positive team environment and organizational culture
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing or influencer relations is an advantage
