  • Managed executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinated with various stakeholders and ensured timely preparation of documents
  • Provided on-call support and liaised with staff across an organization
  • Acted as lead back-up for other executive assistants
  • Assisted in special projects, process improvements, and expense report reconciliation
  • Managed a Corporate Calendar and prepared budget forecasts
  • Drafted correspondence and supported onboarding of new executives
