What would my role be?

Reporting to the President, Bruyère Health Foundation, you will provide full secretarial and administrative services to the President, Foundation team, and to the Foundation Board and its Committees.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • Act as the point person for internal and external stakeholders in a demanding and professional environment.
  • Manage schedules, produce first rate documentation, governance activity oversight with respect to the Board of Directors operations, and anticipate the professional needs of the President and the Foundation's Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with the Hospitals Senior Leadership Team and their administrative assistants, staff, interacting with business and community leaders, donors of all levels, vendors and professional affiliates.

How do I qualify?

Required:

  • Two (2) years Community College Diploma in a relevant field, Office Administration, Executive Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Raiser's Edge or experience with data bases.
  • Fluent in French and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills with advanced analytical and listening abilities to accurately summarize key information.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite software.
