MOMENTUM & BUS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

$22.37/hour

The job involves:

• Enrolling guests into our rewards program at the Momentum desk and in Bus Operations, loading offers, re-printing cards, re-setting PIN numbers and providing complimentaries to qualified players based on level of play
• Redeeming offers, booking show tickets and hotel rooms
• Greeting buses in Bus Operations, welcoming patrons while disembarking and loading offers onto their Momentum cards
• Handling high volumes of guest interactions for long periods of time
• Marketing the rewards card on the gaming floor to guests
• Acting as an ambassador, engaging guests to increase awareness and participation in promotions and tournaments
• Confidently serves as master of ceremonies (MC), effectively engaging audiences with a microphone
• Handling kiosks, registering patrons and scorekeeping during scheduled promotions shifts
• Maintaining professionalism under stressful situations and prioritizing tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous customer service experience in Sales, Marketing or Tourism
• Smart Serve certification
• Knowledge of Niagara Region and surrounding areas
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional data entry skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• A dynamic, lively and outgoing personality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS400 and CMP computer systems
