1) Responsible for the creative & content strategy across Mass Media (TV/Video, radio, digital display), Social Media (including corporate social channels and My Local Social channels) and Public Relations.
2) Lead the creative and strategic direction to AORs across all channels to deliver breakthrough, relevant and motivating creative campaigns across all channels, secure alignment across internal stakeholders & ensure flawless in-market implementation.
3) Collaborate with Design Services to ensure brand/campaign consistency & integration across all paid, owned and earned channels and platforms.
4) Co-manage brand reputation with Corporate Communications and Category through the development and maintenance of a social media community management strategy and ongoing proactive media relations.
5) Manage messaging compliance and approvals with Legal and Compliance.
6) Lead team of direct reports with oversight of 5+ advertising/content agencies.
7) Responsible for Creative and Content agency and production budget tracking (SOW & financials).
