Position Overview

Our London office is seeking qualified candidates for a seasonal Office Assistant to work along with the Office Coordinator, handling general office and client administrative functions, while assisting the local management team administratively.

Office Hours are 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

This is a seasonal position.

In office position.

$18 - $21 / hour

Job Duties

  • Answer phone and direct inquires; Reply to general information requests.
  • Enter and update new customer information.
  • Maintain reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases.
  • Provide administrative support for the District and Assistant District Manager, Sales Team and Office Coordinator.
  • Booking daily schedules and appointments.
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents.
  • Support payroll, including collecting and transferring work orders and timesheets for processing.
  • Assist with accounts receivable ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and correct billing.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in an office administrative role preferred.
  • Some experience handling client telephone communications.
  • Good telephone and communication skills.
  • Great aptitude for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and staff.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
