Keskorie is a cultural oriented and friendly work environment that houses people from all over the Territory.

What you will do

Under the supervision and direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the Receptionist is a key team member of the Keskorie Boarding Home who will be instrumental in providing a warm welcome ensuring seamless transitions for our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of Indigenous clients by providing culturally sensitive support and assistance throughout their stay at Keskorie Boarding Home.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • Record and relay information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Relay service to persons with disabilities
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
