Reporting to the Director of Medicine SMRH & Site Lead, the Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to portfolio leadership and coordinates daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing administrative activities, establishing procedures, and liaising with other Administrative Assistants within the eastern zone to support SMRH Director Program and Department portfolio. The role supports quality standards, policies, and improvement initiatives at the site and provides client service to the Director. Additionally, the Assistant acts as a liaison between management, staff, physicians, and the community, offering confidential administrative services and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
