As a Scheduler you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of resource loaded, logic linked critical path project and engineering schedules. Your goal will be to work closely with construction and engineering operations, as you develop engineering and construction schedules associated to exciting projects within the organization. Your Responsibilities:
Develop fully integrated, resource loaded logic linked project schedules
Identify and communicate critical & near-critical paths, and provide float analysis
Provide timely and accurate delivery of contractor schedule & progress-related reports and deliverables
Analyze and communicate schedule data including; manpower needs, forecasting, performance, progress (% complete), schedule risks and opportunities
Coordinate and interface with Project Controls and Estimating personnel
Work in accordance to schedule practices and procedures and industry best practices
Identify and communicates continuous improvement opportunities; develop plans and implement changes in partnership with other areas
Lead and/or participate in schedule review meetings to ensure proper logic, prioritization, resource utilization, and constraints are properly represented in the schedule

Your Experience:
Must have post-secondary education in business, engineering, or engineering technology
3-5 years experience in developing level 1 to level 5 schedules using software like Primavera P6 for capital projects in the Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power or other heavy industrial environments
Must possess a strong understanding of project delivery phases, activities performed in each phase, and associated deliverables, consistent with the FEL process
