As an Executive Assistant with J.D. Irving, Limited you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Document, presentation & report preparation in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Follow up, analyze, track and report status of initiatives for Executive including projects and initiatives
  • Calendar and meeting management for Executive
  • Meeting, travel and event assistance
  • Expense, purchase order and invoice management
  • Liaise and interact with other departments and divisions as necessary

Qualifications

  • Experience as an executive assistant in a professional environment
  • High proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Completion of post-secondary education
