As an Analyzer Planner & Scheduler you will be responsible for creating job plans and publishing weekly schedules for all analyzer maintenance activities that occur at the Saint John Refinery. Your goal will be to work collaboratively with schedulers of other disciplines, operations, planning and execution teams.

Your Responsibilities:
Create job plans for corrective and preventative maintenance activities for all refinery analyzers
Plan and publish a weekly analyzer maintenance schedule
Parts ordering and setting up new stock parts as required
Review daily updates against the published schedule and provide support for the schedule changes
Maintain the analyzer preventative maintenance and repair work order backlog
Champion a safe work environment; hold all contractors and other on-site personnel to company, industry, and regulatory standards of working safely
Identify and make improvements to existing preventative work orders
Your Skills:
Must have strong organizational and coordination skills and be able to multitask
Must have strong oral and written communication skills to ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities and expectations of all involved parties and stakeholders
Have a proactive outlook to be able to identify risk in the schedule and take action to mitigate
Proficiency with MS Office is required
Proficiency with Oracle eAM, Viziya Work Align Scheduler, or Primavera P6, or similar software would be an asset
Your Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of Instrument/analyzer maintenance experience with a Journeyperson trade ticket
Previous experience with planning and scheduling maintenance activities is an asset
