The Administrative Assistant, Executive and Corporate Services is responsible for coordinating and supporting various corporate activities including the Actionmarguerite's foundations and the Board of Directors. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and may work closely with other members of the Management Team. The incumbent will provide services to all Actionmarguerite sites and applicable service contracts.
Performs all duties in accordance with established health and safety regulations/guidelines, policies and procedures (i.e. utilizing personal, protective equipment as per safe work procedures). Notifies management or supervisor of all occurrences, injuries, illnesses or safety and health concerns which are likely to harm themselves, their co-workers, or any others who enter the premises.

Shift and Hours of Work: 1.0 FTE - full-time - days, currently 08:00 - 16:15
Pay Scale: As per established salary scale

Education:
• Business Administration certificate and/or an equivalent combination of formal education and related experience, preferably in a health care environment.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in a senior support role;
• Experience directly related to executive level administrative functions, including to a Board of Directors is an asset;
• Demonstrated proficiency working in a computerized environment and with MS Office.
Abilities and Skills:
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both official languages (French and English) is required;
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders;
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;
• Demonstrates responsibility for and accurately handles the details associated with one's work; is conscientious about accuracy; maintains appropriate confidentialities.
• Strong IT skills required;
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and respond with initiative;
• Ability to prioritize workload;
• Must be in good physical and mental health;
• Ability to demonstrate a satisfactory employment record, including attendance; and
• Current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector and Adult Abuse Registry Check deemed satisfactory by the Employer.
