Maintenance Scheduler
Position Summary
Thales is looking to hire a Maintenance Scheduler to provide work package and scheduling support to the Ship Maintenance Lead and the Service Delivery Team in planning and organizing all required routines while developing an integrated schedule for multiple Work Periods. The Maintenance Scheduler manages the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules. They Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and water front service team and provide an accurate and executable schedule to minimize conflict between task. The Maintenance Scheduler will ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required along with updating real-time dashboards and communicating schedule changes across the enterprise. Implement data-driven approaches to analyze maintenance performance, identify trends that could improve the efficiency of a work period. Additional tasks will include but not limited to; Raising Purchases Requisitions on behalf of the SML, collecting and organizing Objective Quality Evidence, and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.
