The team at Fraserview Dentist located in Vancouver, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of Dental reception experience to come and join our clinic. We are fun, fast paced clinic with a lot to offer.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week
• Days of the week Saturdays are a must!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
