The wage range is from $25 to $32 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Patient Service.
Manage the appointment schedule to minimize gaps, handle confirmations, amendments, and cancellations, and motivate patients to keep appointments.
Handle Patient Inquiries and Billing.
Maintain Accurate Records and Correspondence.
Ensure seamless coordination of patient correspondence and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
About You:
Minimum 2 year of Administrator experience
Clinical background considered an asset
Experience with Tracker dental software
