Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00 to 6:00

Friday 8:00 to 4:00

The wage range is from $25 to $32 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Service.

• Manage the appointment schedule to minimize gaps, handle confirmations, amendments, and cancellations, and motivate patients to keep appointments.

• Handle Patient Inquiries and Billing.

• Maintain Accurate Records and Correspondence.

• Ensure seamless coordination of patient correspondence and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

About You:

• Minimum 2 year of Administrator experience

• Clinical background considered an asset

• Experience with Tracker dental software
