The team at Camgara Dental located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Our Dental Receptionist will be responsible for: welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.

SCHEDULE:

  • 32-40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 year of experience at a dental clinic is required
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
